Description of Work: They came to repair something. The emergency shut off for the drip pan was installed incorrectly. When it overflowed it flooded my master bedroom.

Description of Work: My 19 years AC and 21 year old furnace needed to be replaced. I think that a big part of the reason that they survived so long is that ETC had maintained service of the units since I purchased the house almost 16 years prior. While I did get offers from 3 companies and would have considered 2 of the offers worthy of consideration, I think the ETC options were fairly priced based upon what I researched online. I was willing to spend more to get more efficient and higher rated equipment even though all companies provided a basic replacement option. I've also had the extra personal experience with ETC for a decade and a half so I knew they stood behind their work. It has been more than a month since the install and I am still happy with the work and would recommend ETC for anyone's HVAC needs.

 + 0 moreBottom Line: This Company did everything they said they would do, was very reasonably priced, did an outstanding installation, and left my home and yard as clean or cleaner than it was before they arrived. My overall view of this company is: "OUTSTANDING IN BOTH PRICE AND QUALITY" Great Job ETC! Details: ETC came highly recommended by a General Contractor friend of mine after explaining I was looking for a company to completely replace the 2 HVAC systems and duct work in my home. I called ETC the next morning, had an Environmental Technician ?Larry? at my door that afternoon, and a proposal in my Inbox that evening. Comparing their proposal with 4 previously received from other companies around town, it was clear ETC had fully evaluated what ?MY? home needed rather than simply quoting a typical run-of-the-mill equipment and installation as the other 4 had done. Plus, taking into consideration what they were proposing, the price was far more reasonable than all the others. Within a few days the crew arrived and went to work. ?Larry? had told me all along that the install would be 100% complete within the same day and inspected by the city on the following morning. Knowing how large the job was, I was a bit skeptical about his aggressive timeline but within a few hours realized it really was going to happen in just that way! The crew was amazing to watch and the finished product looks like a piece of art. The city inspector even made the comment that the work was ?some of the best he?d ever seen in all his years as an inspector?. I highly recommend ETC. Dirk S.

Description of Work: Upstairs a/c wasn't cooling. After troubleshooting the tech found that the company working on the pool disconnected an outside breaker and when they reconnected the breaker they did it wrong. Very knowledgable and professional.

 + -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the work done by ETC. The replaced some vents that another company had put in years ago and were not up to code. They also replaced an AC unit with one that had a great SEERS rating. The work was explained to me in depth and done on time. I was very pleased with the company.
