remodeling, replacement windows
+ 0 moreOne very large window on the west side of the house was causing the family room to be too warm in the summer. Paul replaced the window with a very good qualty window at a very reasonable price and the enery bills have already shows a 20% drop from just that replacement. I am really looking forward to seeing the next bill after the others are done. We will eventually have all the windows in the house done by Energy reduction systems.
Description of Work: We only had one large window replaced last year. Paul does excellent work and provides quality products. I just called to schedule him for the replacement of two more very large windows. I almost hate to say just how good he is for fear he will not be available when I need him but he really is "that" good and very fair in pricing!

+ 1 moreMR. KERN NOT ONLY GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE TO BEGIN WITH, BUT HE DID EXTRA WORK AT NO EXTRA COST. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
Description of Work: A CORNER BOARD HAD COME OFF MY CHIMNEY ON MY 2-STORY HOME. MR. KERN REPLACED THE BOARD AND REPAINTED IT AS AGREED. HOWEVER, WHILE ON THE ROOF HE NOTICED THAT THE ENTIRE CHIMNEY NEEDED A NEW COAT OF PAINT, SO HE WENT AHEAD AND PAINTED IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I ALSO HAD A STORM DOOR INSTALLED, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFECT.
