 + -1 moreHe arrived on time, Put down paper and drop cloths, cut out the old sheetrock, replaced the old insulation in the ceiling, installed the new sheet rock, did the taping bedding and then applied the texture. They wrapped up 4 hours later and it was almost impossible to see where the repair was done.
Description of Work: We had Eric come out to repair some damaged sheet rock in our ceiling. He and Albert did a fast professional work. They did a fine job matching the popcorn texture on the ceiling, added the extra nailers I needed and left everything clean.

 + -1 moreEric spent a lot of time doing the sheetrock repair and ensuring it was done perfectly. He fixed several patches in the kitchen ceiling and closet. He covered the work area before he began and cleaned up afterwards. The next day he returned to paint the ceiling with two coats of paint and cleaned up well after his job was done. He did an outstanding job and our ceiling looks like new! I would highly recommend him! Update 12/23/12: Eric and his crew installed concealed hinges on our kitchen cabinet doors during a kitchen remodel. One of the doors was not available that day since it was being stained. Eric offered to come back another day when that door was available and install the concealed hinge on that door. We appreciate the extra effort he made to complete the job professionally and on time. He did a great job and we highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Eric repaired the sheetrock on our kitchen ceiling and closet after a kitchen remodel. There were several holes and patches cut into the sheetrock of the ceiling and wall that needed to be repaired and painted. He did a fantastic job and our ceiling and wall looks like new again! We are very impressed with his work. Update 12/23/12: We are remodeling our kitchen and we needed the hinges changed on several cabinet doors to concealed hinges. Eric and his crew did the job professionally and well.

 + 0 moreEric and his crew were on-time and hard-working. They accomplished all the items on our list with great proficiency. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves, which I *greatly* appreciated. We are extremely happy with the results and I will absolutely call them again the next time I need *anything* done.
Description of Work: We had many things to do in our 1922 home: 1) Change the locations of a laundry room & pantry, which involved turning 2 smaller closets into 1 larger area for laundry (by removing a wall between & 2 existing doors). This also involved adding new bi-fold leuvered doors, water & electrical connections. The former (small) laundry room needed to be capped & existing holes needed to be patched & textured. 2) Resurfacing our front patio, which had cracks & stability issues after foundation problems/ work. This involved removing prior tile surface & bad concrete. It also involved adding rebar for strength & pouring additional concrete to level. The new surface material we chose was 12 x 12 slate tile. 3) Power washing & re-staining/ sealing our back deck. 4) Replacing rotten boards on our garage & house.
