Provided a very reasonable quote, was able to start the next day and complete the project in a timely manner. They were very ease to work with and updated me when they were delayed due to traffic on agreed starting time.

Ross and his crew demo'd our old deck, built a new one and added a Sunroom on top of it. It icluded relocating an outside faucet and putting in a ceiling fan and outlets. He was easy to work with and made great suggestions. We love the results.

Job was done quickly and at a good price.

We had terrible termite damage! They reframed, insulated, sheetrocked, tape bed and textured, painted and replaced the baseboards. Look like new! Dynamo went above and beyond! Highly recommend Dynamo!!

We had paint peeling on our deck and had Toni out to give us a quote to refinish our deck. During the project I brought up multiple times concerns about how the deck prep was going (but I am not the expert so I deferred to Toni) However not even two weeks after they finished the deck work there were already small areas of the paint peeling again. On top of that his team was almost never showed up when they said they would. Either coming late, not at all or without any warning. Then multiple times they came with the wrong tools. Edited: After originally posting this review Dynamo did reach out to me about my concerns. Then they came back out to repowerwash and paint an additional coat on my deck. I do appreciate their willingness to come out again and try to make the situation right. (I would like to note that after first notified them of my concerns I did wait 11 days before posting the review)

I would like to recommend Dynamo Construction and Remodeling for residential remodeling and repair in the Dallas area.à   As a consumer, I contracted Dynamo for veranda and courtyard water damage repairs: Their estimate was expeditiously approved by my insurance company, USAA, because of the thoroughness and initial completeness. Upon demo of the area it was apparent a supplemental claim would be required, which was also approved. Dynamo was prompt, true to schedule and cost estimate, and professional in their work, which included various forms of decking, roofing, framing and painting. Although they did arrive in the early afternoon instead of the morning as I assumed, the job was completed by 4:30pm. I needed some joists reinforced on a bouncy section of my deck and it seems very secure now.

I LOVED ROSS AND HIS BOYS . THEY TOOK CARE OF THIS OLD LADY. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME OR TRIED TO TALK OVER MY HEAD. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME IN TERMS I UNDERSTOOD.
