David came out early on his July 4th holiday to help us figure out what needed to be done because we were in a time crunch. The crew that came out were gracious, diligent and did a fantastic job.

We contracted Durango Landscaping to build a water feature in our backyard. David and his team were very flexible to work with and open to alternations in design as work progressed. This was a big plus as it was difficult to plan every detail ahead. David, Arnoldo and his crew were very professional and performed quality work that exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend them.

I live out of state and called David to look at a rental property that I own in Plano. He got back to me immediately, stopped by the property, made an evaluation and gave me a bid within a day. Once I agreed, they had the work completed shortly thereafter. I would recommend Durango to anybody that has any landscaping needs and values customer service.

David was very friendly and courteous. Compared to the other quotes that I received, his prices were hard to beat.

We had some much needed drainage put in, it is very nice looking and works so well! Huge storm last night- more than 4 inches in 15 minutes and the drain worked beautifully! We had no standing water any where and where the drain ended on the street- water was rushing out! We were so thrilled!

Durango was quick to respond to my request and had completed the job within three days (two day delay was due to weather). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work I received. We had just moved to this area and did not know anyone in the area. We appreciate the fair price and great work that they performed.

The service professional worked with me to bring the job within my price range. The work was good work. The install only took one day. I was given fairly thorough instruction on how to use the sprinkler command center.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I first had a problem with the sprinker system because they put in a very old and used part. The part had a malfunction and caused my front-yard to become flooded. When I tried contacting them one of the partners turned off his phone and wouldn't return my calls. I ended up having to pay $300 out-of-pocket to get it repaired by another company. I've mailed them letters, called them, but have still not been able to recover those $300. I also had some plants die and after numerous calls they still have not come out to replace them. BE WARNED!!!

I would do business with Durango Landscaping again. It was a very nice experience. I will recommend them to all who ask.

Durango did an excellent job. Ron and his crew were always on time for appointments (which, unfortunately, seems to be rare among contractors). Ron listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and took the time to explain the installation and design of the sprinkler system. His business partner and crew were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. There were a few adjustments needed after the installation and a tree root which was cut. Ron and his crew took care of these issues quickly. I plan to use Durango for my future projects.

They were doing excellent job on my sprinkler reroute after my sprinkler system was tore apart. They have best price and finish job on time. I am looking forward to ask Durango Landscaping to do my other landscape work.

Durango Landscaping did a wonderful job on my lawn. They were very professional, and I was able to meet with the owner prior to my installation. He even met me at my property at my convenience. Durango used all RainBird material, including hoses, heads, and controller. They stayed late to finish the job, and worked with me on any questions I had with the system. Definitely the most affordable quote I received after checking around with various other landscaping companies. I would absolutely refer them in the future!
