I just bought the house and did not realize the pool is a non-chlorine non-salt water pool. It also is a vinal pool. Aghhhh!!!! I could not find a pool service that would take the job until I talked to Carlos at Diamond Pool. Even tho he was not very much familiar about this type of pool he said he would look at it and call me. He did that within 24 hours. He has showed up once a week and is also challenged with the expensive treatment of the pool b/c the chemicals need to be orderred! He has been very good in teaching me slowly about how to care for my pool and made some suggestions to bring down my cost. It is frustrating for me, but Carlos is patient with me and keeps trying to teach me. I do highly recommend him because it is not just a business for him, but he really does care about his customers!
