Everything went perfectly. The workers were on time and worked really hard to meet the expectations set. I couldn't be more pleased.

I think he gave us a super break on the price. It turned out super nice and I don't think I could have done it cheaper myself. He did good work.

I was impressed with the reasonable quotation and the fact
that he did not ask for any money up front.
They did not mind that we provided all of the tile and installation materials.
We wanted a more open floor plan, so we had David widen a doorway on a load bearing wall. This involved relocating some electrical outlets, and finishing work to match out everything. When he was done there was no evidence that the original wall had been altered. He was very good about cleaning up each day.
We also had his tile guys set about 900 square ft of
rectified porcelain tile. I work in the
tile business, but did not have time to solo this project out myself. There was vinyl, carpet, and tile that was
removed. The new tile was set in a few
days. They followed our instructions on
the exact pattern we wanted set.
This job bisected the house.
They were very understanding and made sure we had a ‘path’ we could use
at the end of each day. They also did a
good job of cleaning up afterwards. The
estimate for materials was very similar to my own.
There was very little waste.
Enough tile was left over for me to do a mini project and still keep a
few boxes for attic stock.
They hauled away all of the old carpet, padding, and etc. as
promised.
We will probably use him again on future projects.

All went as planned and requested. Very excellent work and workmanship, very professional and courteous workmen, no damage to walls, door frames when moving heavy furniture, no damage to any furniture. Contractor was on time as promised, even a little early, and entire job completed in about 6 hours (one day).

He gave me an estimate, and stuck with the price he laid out. He does really good work. He always cleans everything up, and never leaves a mess. The price was right. I will use him again for sure.
