+ -1 moreThey turned off the water. They started putting things everywhere, messing some things up. They put fans up. One fan quit working, curtain was eaten by the fan. Boss had retail store come out and they still carried the curtains. Both parts were replaced eventually. One employee walked right into house for the first day. They kept people in the house without telling me. Used wrong caulking for doors. Painter had to scrape that off. They had oil based paint, opposed to the water based paint I had. The painter aged the paint, they painted the door trim. The inside was not. Cabinet door was painted with aged paint, the cabinet was not. The whole master bedroom suite was repainted, the hall was repainted, and all the doors on the bedroom side of the house after the head insurance man came out. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: I called them at 2:00 am with a bathroom leak. They came out to repair.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY QUICK IN DOING SO.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO TAKE OUT WET, MILDEWED CARPET, SUCK WATER OUT OF THE WOODEN FLOOR AND THEN LAY SOME MORE CARPET.
