Dallas Metro Appliance

Juan and his service partner repaired my Samsung electric dryer. They
were friendly, courteous and punctual. In fact, came earlier than they
said would be there. Our dryer turned but did not dry our clothes. We
looked on line for trouble shooting but felt it was best to call someone
experienced. I was a little hesitant at first because they did not show
on the website having worked on Samsung products before. But I decided
to take a chance because I was impressed with them setting my appt over
the phone. The men that took my call was just as nice. Well, these guys
did a great job! Our dryer works perfect! no more laundromat trips! I
also felt the price was good. It took them perhaps an hour. They let me
know what was needed and got to work. I would most certainly call them
again if need arises. I would recommend them highly!              Maria

I talked to Richard Aragon on the phone about a stove problem.  He bragged on and on about his family doing ALL the old appliance work in California. I asked if he knew the folks that used to own Dallas Stove Hospital and he said "yes, but they had all pasted on" so I thought this fellow knew what he was doing.  I believe he answered my question in a way that made him sound connected in the appliance repair circles in Dallas which is a very common trick when someone is trying to gain your confidence.   When he got to my house, he took one look at my oven (without opening the oven door) and said my thermostat was a 3rd party product and he would not work on it and then he said he wanted his $100 trip fee.  Then he said that he could possibly do the work on my oven but he would have to locate and buy the exact same model so that he could provide the correct thermostat and my cost would be just at $1200.  That is when I realized that he did not have a clue about repairing appliances.  I have since emailed photos of my thermostat to 2 different well known appliance restoration companies and both said my thermostat is, in fact, original equipment.
Beware, this guy has multiple websites with different company names that look real slick and they all have different phone numbers but all those phone numbers call his cell.

They replaced part of a computer chip and it did not repair the problem. I had to wait to find out if the refrigerator was going to cool down, so I didn't know if it had not been fixed right away. I called him to have him come back out and he said he would come out as soon as possible. He didn't show. I had to call him day after day, for 5 days, and never got any calls returned. He finally showed up and said that he had accidentally wired it incorrectly. I gave it another chance, and the next day I noticed it still wasn't fixed. I went through the difficult process of trying to get ahold of him. I kept getting excuses and the runaround. After 3 weeks, I've gotten excuses instead of repairs. I just want my fridge to cool down correctly!
