COUNTER CREATIONS

John, the owner, lives in my neighborhood to which I later found out. He came out and we talked about me wanting a new sink sink my old one was not usable and cracked. The way the previous installers mounted my sink it was going to be a slim shot. He said he would do some research and see what we could come up with. That night he texted me several different options and we went back n forth on a few that would work and my final result was most awesomeness more than I expected. I will refer and always use Counter Creations as my go to company for all my counter needs. You will be forever grateful.

I waited 2 weeks to have the first installation appointment. I have a long sink that was designed for multiple faucets. On the installation site, my contractor spoke to them about the "faucets", using plural, to tell them this was a multiple faucet installation. WITHOUT asking me WHERE to drill the faucet holes, they drilled one hole in the center and effectively render the counter useless. The second counter was made and delivered on the next day. However they insist on telling me that it was MY mistake that ruin the first counter and charged my credit card for the full price second time. I found counter creation dishonest and unprofessional. I will NOT recommend anyone to do business with them. I will bring my complain to IKEA too as I was initially brought to them by IKEA.

They were nice and pay attention to detail. One of the pieces of the counter tops did not line up well. They said they will come back later and do it. I do not know if I will live with it.

they installed my granite countertop. I was extremely pleased with the result and their great customer service.

We had quartz composite counter tops and full backsplashes installed. All was done professionally and in the timeframe and manner expected. I would most assuredly use the firm again.

Called during a busy season, so he wasn't able to schedule a time to measure for a couple of weeks, but when we did schedule, he arrived promptly, measured and gave us some sample countertop materials. After we made the selection, the tops were finished in a very short time. When they arrived, the edges were not what we ordered, so he had his serviceman correct the problem on the spot. The installation was seamless. They look great!
