Both projects were done very well. Our neighbors complimented the "new fence" and its appearance. Trey's installation of our new attic door/ladder Was done with skill and precision. He does his work well--high-quality and consideration of the home owner. These are the second and third home projects with Coney Construction. Absolutely love love love my fence by On-Guard Fencing!!  Love the professionalism of Trey and his team.  Attention to detail was spectacular, yard was cleaned up (all old fencing was hauled away), and my custom-made gate is beautiful!  I would use them again in a second!

Trey arrived within the time we set up. He put coverings on all of my furniture although I didn't really think it was necessary. We discussed particulars before he started and then I left. I had a busy day. But I have worked with Trey before and I was not concerned about leaving him there. When we arrived home, it was all finished. Floor was spotless as well as the rest of my furniture. It was a small job and only took a few hours. He texted me when they finished.
He had also fixed my dresser drawer. Probably better than it was originally. He didn't charge me for the fix.

Overall, the experience has been very good. I've been using this company for over two years. He's the best landscaping company that I've used in the last 15 years! Trey Coney, the owner, is very easy to work with and very honest. He does really excellent work. His business is small enough that you can work with him personally. His prices are very reasonable. I'm happy with his services and I would highly recommend him to others.

This is a beautiful fence. They worked tirelessly for 5 days straight. They had all necessary things to get the job done right. Trey Coney is a great communicator, and will call before he comes, will call if he is going to be a little late, will call if he is bringing someone else with him and how many vehicles are needed or what is going to happen every day of the job, will let you know when and where he needs to park his stuff, will give you answers to all your questions and knows his fences enough to do a superb job. We are extremely happy with the new fence. Everything was done timely, courteously, and professional. I don't know what other words to use. I was well informed because I wanted to be informed. He returns calls promptly. He came out to meet with the inspector for final approval of his work which was great for us since we don't want to be in the middle of what is done and what not done according to the city requirements. Trey was there the whole way with us for this project. Absolutely no surprises, very detailed and flexible.
