Blue Star Estate Sales

The estate sale went much better than I could have hoped. Everything was either sold, donated, or removed from the house. In clearing the house, Blue Star located family items they felt I would want to know about and phoned to let me know exactly what was found. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and honesty. Blue Star Estate Sales did everything they contracted to do and more.

Blue Star exceeded all my expectations. Sherry and Donna made a very stressful and difficult task, worry-free and easy. I live out-of-state and had many schedule challenges. They were so flexible and so easy to work with. They were always available, and responded quickly, as they are very proficient in texting. They are so professional and honest.. They insisted on a percentage of the sales, and requested no minimum. They wrote a simple contract and we signed it at the start of the process They made sure that I understood the details and agreed to them,. The gross sale of the estate was 6X more than I expected. At the end of the transaction, they would not even accept a gratuity. If I ever had to do this again, I would definitely hire them. Thank you Blue Star!

The estate sale went very smoothly. We had already gone thru my Mother's things and discarded and removed the items we didn't want sold. We were later told that we may have thrown away items that might have sold. Oops! Blue Star Estate Sales literally cleaned my mother's house, pricing, staging, and executing the sale. They did everything in a timely manner and sold everything with the exception of one old chair. When the sale was over, the house was spotless. Sherry and Donna were very professional. Blue Star Estate Sales was paid a percentage of the total sales. The sale went on for 3 days. We were paid in cash.
