The new mailbox looks great and it was reconstructed the exact same as my old one.  During the reconstruction, we requested our address be added- no problem.  The $30 estimate fee was refunded as promised.  We had some overstock bricks in the back that were used to match the house.
City of Dallas was not quite as pleasant to deal with on the claims process.  It took over a months for them to pay the claim.  Regardless, we recommend Beautiful Brick Mailboxes.

The work was done properly and on time. I am very pleased with the quality, especially for a much lower price than others advertised.

The owner commincated regularly about when they could do the work. Did the work as planned for the committed price on the day committed to. They also fixed all of the creacked and missing grout on the brick mailbox and raised the position of the new drop in mailbox to a height required by the postal servie. The replacement took several hours as the new mailbox was substantially larger than the old style one it replaced. The new mailbox looksgreat and like its always been there. Great job overall.

Did a fantastic job for us. The owner was involved from the beginning, from the design to perfectly matching the brick to the brick of our house. He followed up when any new developements occured and actually performed the work earlier than promised. The mailbox is definitely beautiful and a great addition to our home. I made an appointment to have my mailbox repaired. City of Plano garbage truck backed into it and bent the outside, the brick exterior was fine. I have an extra large mailbox. They quoted $175 over the phone to replace and repair. He came out at the date and time he said. When he came out the box was much larger than he thought. He was actually able to repair the box without replacement. They are very good about calling to confirm then after the appointment. I was not available to be there. He DID NOT CHARGE ME to repair the box! In this day and time he was satisified that it was the right thing to do. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Rare to find a man of integrity! Thank you so much, I really hope to find a reason to use you again. Thank you so very much!!!!

They were awesome. You get pretty much get the owner when you call, you pretty much got him him when you call and he did everything he said he was going to do. I shopped around and he was by far the cheapest. I didn't think it was bad but it actually wasn't perfect, they didn't clean up the bricks just real good and I'm not saying it as a complaint necessarily.

It went very well. They provided me with an estimate that included material and labor. The workers showed up on time, completed the work to my satisfaction with that one visit and charged me the price that was quoted. All involved, Bill, Steven and Roy, were very nice and professional.

I bought a house and quot;as isand quot;, and the brick mailbox was knocked down so that only 3 courses of bricks were still standing. All of the other bricks were scattered in various places around the house. I gathered together all of the bricks I could find, and called Beautiful Brick Mailboxes.
Steven Dean called me back and gave me a rough estimate of the job over the phone. He later met me at my house and surveyed the damage. He needed to find some additional bricks that matched the existing one and told me that would take an extra day or two.
I provided a steel rectangular locking mailbox that I bought at home depot. They rebuilt the mailbox and it looks beautiful. While they were there, my neighbor had them replace the metal mailbox insert within her brick mailbox. They charged her $190 for that.
When working with Beautiful Brick Mailboxes, please be prepared to exchange voicemail messages with them. They are not home to answer the phone, and like them, I wasn't always next to my phone to receive their calls.

My wife and I were very pleased with the workmanship, styling, and durability of the new mailbox. The owner was helpful and considerate to our needs, and very fair with pricing for our requested work plus upgrades. Would definitely recommend them to close friends and family.

I found Beautiful Brick Mailboxes on Angie's List and after looking at the BBM website, I called and requested an estimate. The owner himself came to give an estimate and he was punctual. As I visited with him, my impression was that he is honest and takes pride in his work. His estimate was slightly lower than another bidder. He could have told me that the whole brick mailbox should be replaced which would have been about $750-800, but he recommended repair and saved me $$$. Repair work was done several days earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

I called to get a quote and was told that they could do a phone estimate. Since the job was small, he did not want to drive out to quote and then come back to do the work. I explained the job would be to fix (4) areas. He estimated it at $80-$120. They came out the next business day and reviewed the work to be done. We found a number of other places that needed to be repaired. In the end, he fixed 8+ places for $120. They spent ~1.5 hours on the work. The mortar looks good and was exactly the type of minor repair work I needed done. These guys were done before the other contractors returned my call. If you want a small job done quick, they guys are a good choice.

The service provider came on site on time. Start work right away. It only took about one hour to replace the damaged mailbox with a brand new one. Everything was cleaned up after the installation.
