Jason & his co-worker were prompt, friendly & polite.  All the work was completed when they said it would be and it looks fantastic.  They did a thorough and detailed job and we would use them again on a future project.

I decided not to use any of their services. They did provide what they said they were going to provide, but I did not take it any further from there. They did not charge me more than the $49 Big Deal charge. Basically, I just decided not to take it any further based on a couple of factors, one, I was not that impressed with his drawing and two, I just did not feel like spending that kind of money at that time. I probably would not use them in the future just because I do not think that his drawing skills were not up to what I would expect out there.

From start to finish, the project took just under 5 weeks and Jason managed to come in under my maximum budget which was a real challenge considering that I added a little to the project along the way.  They totally demolished the original bathroom and closet, took it right down to the studs and then put up new sheetrock. This turned out to be a great idea as he found some damage from prior plumbing issues.  And he ended up installing new insulation in the walls while he had it torn down.
The shower is totally awesome with dual shower heads, beautiful shampoo niches and a great shower bench.  I chose to use glass block for the shower wall because I like the privacy it affords and I like the look.  The tile work he did in the shower was beautiful -- we chose the ivory travertine.  Jason custom built the vanity to my design and even built the mirror to match.  He found a beautiful marble remnant for the vanity top which was exactly what I wanted, and he suggested the rectangular sinks which I also love.
Aside from the shower, one of the best outcomes of the remodel was the closet which was not even part of my original plan.  Jason noticed that my closet ceilings were very low (for no apparent reason because the bathroom ceilings are very high).  He said he could raise the ceiling and give me lots more storage room.  This turned out great and he also found an area behind the wall that was just a big, open space that he was able to build a cubby that extended back into that space.  He's very resourceful.  And he also built a shoe cubby for me (his idea, not mine).
I'm already planning my next project with Jason -- I'm starting to imagine how great a new kitchen will be.

Jason was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He seems like he would be easy to work with, and we are considering hiring him to help completely redesign our master bath. We had to put the project on "hold" due to a number of circumstances beyond our control. We plan to talk to him again when we are able to go forward with the project.

I am beyond disappointed with this deal. My expectation was we would discuss ideas and options.  What I got from the Provider of this deal was more of a "well, what were you thinking of doing".  I could have done that with anyone.  The Big Deal was for a consultation and hand-drawn plans.  There were no plans and no final review.  I feel like I spent an initial $49 for nothing.

They do not service the Irving area although the ad states Dallas County. They won't come to Irving area.

Responded to Big Deal which indicated the service area included Dallas and Rockwall counties--service provider then sent email saying they don't serve Irving which is in Dallas county--so ad was wrong and misleading not sure why just can't void the charge to credit card which was just done 3 hours ago.

I had new tile and fixtures put in the master bathroom. This contractor also built a narrower custom cabinet to make more room in my bathroom. He came in on budget and completed the job in the time quoted. The only minor glitch was the light fixture I ordered did not come in on time, but as soon as it did he came back out and took care of hanging it very quickly. I will use him again when I am ready for my hall bathroom to be updated.

This provider scheduled a time to come out and see what we wanted done and gave us different options and prices.  After we agreed on everything - he set a start date and estimated finish date.  All the work was done in a timely manner and he actually finished a day before the estimated finish date.  The work that they did was just beautiful - he really listened to what we wanted done.  I really love my bathroom!
