Repair or Service a Clothes Washer or Dryer
A rep name 'jone' (that's how He spelled his name no uppercase) was assigned via our warranty company. I could barely understand him. He said a part needed to be ordered and that it would take 1-2 days to get the part in a repair the home appliance. 4 days later, no word. We called the guy and hes said the part was not covered and to call our warranty company. NO CALL BACK from this guy, when we had an additional question, he shared he was not in the office and to call the warranty company. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS QUACK again. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!
