Simon was great! He professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He fixed the issue with my new TV not fully integrating with the existing AVR surround sound system and now everything is working as it should. He also took the time to look at my outdated "offline" media room system and let me know what needs to be done to get it working - this will be a future project, but I will definitely contact Audio/Visual Technologies when I am ready to proceed.

Simón was very prompt and helpful with the sell and installation of security cameras. He walked me through how to use them and help me access everything from phone. He cleaned up after himself which is always a plus for me when it comes to service.
