I received a flyer in the mail from Art indicating that he painted houses. Our 2 story with lots of lapboard siding was past due for a paint job (over 15 years). Art came out and gave me a written estimate and described for me in detail the process that he and his helper would use to complete the job. He indicated that it might take 7 or 8 days, but they were able to finish in 5 days (even in this heat). He repaired a couple of rough spots that he spotted during his estimate. He told me to purchase the paint color that we wanted as well as a case of caulk for prepping. Art and Nelson arrived on time and worked deligently and neatly each day. Art communicated with me each step of the way. They "followed the shade" around the outside of the house in order to avoid as much heat as possible. The result is better than I expected it to be. They did a great job and finished ahead of schedule.
