I had used Arrow twice before, many years ago, and found them reasonable. I cannot say that now; the service was horrible and overpriced. My appointment was from 11 to 2; the technician showed up at 4:45. Yes, he called and said he would be there after 3 but that is still very late from my original appointment time. I had a damaged breaker and failed panel section. The tech got to work and within 15 minutes the pool equipment had power and was running. He had to disconnect my spa equipment to get the main pool equipment working. I was a shocked that he did that without getting my permission/concurrence; he should have asked before doing so. Especially since he told me after the fact that the whole panel needs to be replaced (at a cost of $900+) to get all the equipment working. Their pricing is deceptive. They charge a $69.99 service charge just to show up. Then they charge a diagnostic fee based on levels not hours. Before starting work, the tech quoted me a diagnostic fee of $434 for up to two hours or what I understood to be $217 per hour. Well they don't charge by the hour, they charge by the diagnostic level. They charged me $268 for 20 minutes of work plus the service fee. Total bill of almost $350. When I called the next day to express my disappointed in the service and the deceptive pricing, the person on the phone did not seem to really care. I get the impression this company does not care about residential clients and is more geared toward commercial clients.

So very disappointed in the service you all provided last weekend. I called because a ceiling fixture in my bathroom was making a burnt smell. I also wanted you all to check and fix a can light that stopped working in my kitchen. You all charged me $396 just to CHECK what was wrong with these things. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE. For $400. I was desperate to be sure that my house wouldn't catch fire so I agreed to pay this just to make sure my family was safe. But four hundred bucks later and STILL I have a busted ceiling fixture and broken kitchen light. Terrible experience and what a monumental waste of my money. I will never use Arrow again and I will make sure people I know never use Arrow again. $400 poorer and I still need to hire someone to fix my broken lights.

Excellent. They were punctual, professional, and explained exactly what my options were.

Arrow was great to work with.  David New was very knowledgable, prompt at responding to calls and e-mails and supervised project to finish on time and within budget.  I will definitely use Arrow again!

I was promised that an estimate would be laid out before any work. The guy started working as he please and never gave me any estimate or asked permission to start the suggested work!! I am shocked to learn that a replacement of the gfci outlet( costs $10 on amazon) and takes 5 minutes to replace would cost almost $300!!!!

Owner came on first visit, Had employees come for second and third.
Kept in contact.  Never asked for money til job was finished.
It was unusual circumstance with three visits and he was nice enough to not charge for all the visits.
Good group, will use again on new lighting in home.

He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very courteous. I have had no problems since the work was done. Everyone I talked to at the company was so helpful and nice.

One star doesn't even represent how I feel about this company. I will never use this company again. While the office receptionist did a great job accommodating me with scheduling, the technician charged me a ridiculous fee for literally no work done. I asked if the $239 would include repair work, and he said yes. My pool equipment box was simply at the wrong angle which is why there was no power. He lifted the box a few inches and added one piece of electrical tape and left. Not until after the "work" was completed did he hand me a form with all the pricing for additional repairs. He admitted the wiring for my pool was not safe, but he advised me that it would cost a lot more to fix it. I absolutely cannot believe a company would charge $239 to lift a box a few inches higher. I recognize that the pricing is out of the technicians control, so I very much hope the owner can do something to compensate for this. I will also be posting a review on Yelp so that no one else makes the same mistake that I did.

Excellent! Alex was friendly On-time, and cleaned up after his work.

Ben did an excellent job! Showed his ID and truck well marked. Ben was very kind, professional and worked quickly. On time. I would highly recommend Ben and this company. Have other jobs for the spring.

Tech was incredibly professional and pleasant.

Service went well,  the electrician showed up around 8:00 and worked thru until 5:00 pm to get the job completed.  He carefully labeled the entire panel for each circuit breaker.  Additionally he took down and remounted a garage shelf that was in the way of the installation.

What I had was a blown plug, which affected several outlets in my kitchen and I know that he knew that immediately because you could see the burn marks on it, but he said he needed to have a test, so I had to pay for a test which I think was not necessary.  Then he fixed that problem.  I also had some other things that I wanted him to have a look at, but he was not interested.

They were very professional. The workmanship was awesome, and they had really nice follow up, sending us a thank you card in the mail. I had one quick issue, and they came right out and fixed it all up.

The service went well. One technician came out for the job and completed the service in under an hour. He also gave recommendations for future projects. He was very professional, prompt and nice. He did the service in a timely manner and even installed a switch free of charge. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The technician was very professional and patient.  I have used Arrow Electric in the past and have been satisfied with their business practices, excellent customer service and overall expertise.  I plan to be a repeat customer when electric work is called for.
