DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!!!! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! SHE TOOK MY CHECK ON MONDAY, PROMISED TO TURN AROUND THE PROJECT IN 2 DAYS, TODAY IT FRIDAY- NO PROJECT! NOT RESPONDING MY PHONE CALLS! CASHED MY CHECK YESTERDAY! WIL BE REPORTING HER TO BOARD! STAY AWAY!!!

We didn't have very good communication. She was prompt with showing up, sent me an invoice and I didn't realize she hadn't began working on the appraisal until she's paid. So, I paid her and she informed that she was going to the Dentist to have her wisdom teeth removed. Got them removed and she told me they had to break her jaw........a week went by and I offered to obtain some off - market comparables to assist her...I wasn't successful, so I called and she told me that she was in the field and would have the appraisal to me that evening.....I don't have the appraisal. So, now I'm questioning whether to even have or use and appraisal. I've requested a refund. It's taken too long, we didn't have communication, too many days/weeks have went by and frankly, I don't have much confidence in it or her....I hate to say that but an appraisal shouldn't take 3 weeks to complete from the time it's paid for. I am requesting a refund of my money as of today.
