Businesses like American Services are a rarity these days: family-owned and family-run and 100% honest and professional. American Services performed a pest treatment, pest inspection, and chimney inspection on my property and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough! They tailored the pest treatment and inspection to my needed. I spoke with not only the technician, Andy, but also the owner Charlotte. Andy and Charlotte addressed all of my concerns and did an excellent job making my house pest free.

I would highly recommend them. They are very responsive. I had an animal that got into something under my cabinet that was poisonous and I had to rush her to the emergency clinic. I suspected it might be one of the chemicals that had been used to treat the carpenter ants so I called American Pest and they quickly faxed over all the MSDS (chemical sheets) for the products they used to the emergency clinic and my vet so that it could be determined if there was anything affecting her and so she could be treated properly. My ferret survived just fine and although it was never determined exactly what she got into, I am doubtful it was anything from this company. In any event, they were quick to respond and possibly saved her life. I would use them in the future.

They charged $140 for the job. They were prompt. They explained to me what I needed to get done. I asked them questions and they answered them very well. They did the job in a very clean manner. They were very friendly and nice. I was extremely happy with everything about them. I have not compared their price. I will use them again in the future.

Mr. Weiss arrived on time and was very thorough and fast. He and his worker explained the process and put everything back where they found it. He also determined that my dryer vent did not need servicing because it vents below the house. He quoted me on a gas log but my wife likes regular fire wood! I would definitely use him again.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The technicians called to verify the appointment and asked if they'd be able to arrive early, as they were running a little ahead of schedule. They were very courteous; I have white carpeting that they carefully covered. Andy and Jessy, the two technicians who performed the job, were courteous, honest, and friendly. The price was reasonable. I'm satisfied with their services and I would recommend them to others.

They are close by. We sold our house and are at my mother's house helping out until we find another house. They seem to be very knowledgeable, especially the person I talked to on the phone. He answered all our questions. They are pretty quick and seem to be quite thorough. They did outside, around the baseboards and also the garage. They put bait out. From what I've seen, I think they did a pretty good job. We'll just have to see if it works. They came on time and were very responsive. He was very quiet and came and did the job and left.

They spray around your house when they come out to inspect but that’s not what I had them come out for. I originally had them out for termite control where they sprayed and injected the ground which wasn’t cheap. I paid a little over $1000 when they first came out and it was for full termite control. It took a long time but it worked. I am happy with them. I did look at different companies like the big national companies. The guy that I always deal with is super knowledgeable and super friendly. It’s more of a mom and pop kind of local company. They don’t have giant overheads or advertising. He seems like he really knows his work since he has been doing this for a long time. They do a good job. The price was in line with everybody else because I did have other companies come out to give me a bid. They all quoted me roughly the same. I would continue to use American Services over any other big company.

I called American Services late afternoon and they came first thing in the morning. The owner, Russell Weiss did a thorough inspection and explained in detail that the problem was originating from the chimney. Not only did he take care of the chimney, but he treated the whole house and attic. I have not seen another horse fly. Russell is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain exactly what's going on. He is the most honest guy that I've ever known.

They have been doing work for me for about 20 years. These include pest control, termite treatment. I've never had to ask them to re-treat. The pricing is very competitive, and they are extremely honest. The service is excellent!
