"The [Member Name Removed]’s were very pleasant to work for, when we 1st talked they had a contractor who had a 3 week job take over 7 months and still couldn’t finish so we kinda took over and cleaned up the mess he left, I brought my tile setters to lay Tile next to the swimming pool this took a lot of pre floating the concrete to make sure it would drain properly. Inside we repaired many cracks fixed all kinds of humps in the walls then retextered. The big livingroom that was painted consisted of painting all the would beams on the ceiling 1st then turning around to paint the ceiling which was 25 feet up so we had to build scaffold. Thru the work process the owner had us rip out old Tile put new marble in then retexter both bathrooms and paint them out completely with woodwork, we went into there bedroom fixed a lot of cracks repainted. From there she had us repair a skylight that was in poor shape paint paint All wood work in that bathroom but also in hers and the powder room. Her shower tile was all cracked so we demoed it down to studs and rebuilt completely with a bench new glass etc. this job was all done in 3-4 weeks and they spent around 20,000"

"It's taken me awhile to respond but what my customer says here is pure lies. We did take over a nightmare job were she brought guys in that knew nothing about construction, she was quoted very well for what she got,this project she kept adding and we never proceeded without proposing scope of work 1st. So i spent so much time to please her and i never ask for final payment until job is complete. If she was being honest she'd post pictures of beginning to the end, she says i was her hero until i couldn't come when she wanted for something so small I told her I'd come when i got a break but that wasn't good enough so she said I'm gonna blast you on every site I'm capable of because she couldn't operate Jacuzzi she purchased without instructions,this is were the whole problem started. She hired us to do what two other contractors weren't able to do. We had to jack hammer floor to do a sunk in tub which she didn't realize that this type of tub was meant to have free standing space but in her small bathroom it had to be put up against the wall which we did everything to accomindate my customer i took many pictures and video and she was very pleased along with her husband and everyone who saw our finish product. These pictures are not my finish product, she had taken so many of the project from her 1st contractors that she's trying to use here which is unfair of her especially since i have my own finish pictures and there not these that she has posted. We went online tried getting her a copy of instructions spent a lot of time calling vendor who sold her this tub which never called back and she knows that because she couldn't get them to help her either. We filled the tub ran the jacuzzi showed her that the radio played how to adjust the led lighting in this tub how to start and how to stop which we had to learn on our own since there were no instructions provided by owner. I could go on how thrilled she was with us but i won't if anyone would like to see finish pictures with videos I'd Love to share so that my Angie customers will know who's the honest person here."
