Align Foundation Repair

They came out and found that the center of the slab was a bit raised, and all four corners of the house and the attached garage were lowered. They came out with a plan for us, scheduling a foundation repair within five days. The crew took about two days to finish the work over the weekend. However, we didn't need to be there for the crew to do the work, nor did we need to pay in advance or anything like that. They completed the work well before my timeline for other contractors to need access to the house. They came back the following day with the engineer to certify the job and collect payment via a personal check. I am happy with the work now, and I am hoping that this will show the test of time. They did recommend that we put in a system around the foundation to keep the foundation well maintained. They were fast, professional, answered all of our questions, and were very friendly when dealing with us. We're very happy.

I thought the work was up to standard but they were kind of messy.

There were no problems or issues. The guys doing the hard work did a good job and answered any questions I had. They were pleasant and cooperative. The work crew was careful about the sprinkler pipes. One got nicked but they quickly turned off the water and repaired the pipe. They did a superb job of cleanup, too.
The lift itself was mostly uneventful. Jason supervised the lift and the team worked together to coordinate the lift across the piers. Once they had completed the first pass, Jason took measurements inside the house to ensure that the foundation was within specification. It was so they were done. The independent engineer later confirmed this.
We weren't having huge problems with drywall cracks but we did have some cracks that closed after the lift and the doors seem to open and close more smoothly. They recommended that we wait a few weeks before having any painting work done to ensure that the foundation has settled.
I have already referred Jason's company to 2 friends. There were no surprises and the work went remarkably well. I'm very pleased with Align Foundation Repair.

Would encourage anyone needing foundation repair work to take the time to get several bids. Need to take notes on each because each one will have some differences in their bid. Check them out carefully.before choosing a company. The schedule may change due to the weather.

Jason Spector and his crew did an excellent job. Never wasted one minute of time on the job. They came on time and worked hard all day. I was so impressed with thier work ethic that I gave a bonus to the complete 14 man crew that came to level the house on the last day. They had so many jacks and men under the house they almost lifted the whole house at once.

The house is tighter than it has ever been. I have 2 100 lb dogs that run thru the house and there is zero movement or bounce. My house was built in 1921 and was sitting on tree stumps. Left jobsite spotless. I cannot say enough good things about Align. I had gotten a bid from him b-4 I used the other foundation company. Said company started out cheap and wound up costing as much as Jason's original bid. I found Jason to be very familiar with pier and beam homes.
