Description of Work: From the outside it seemed there was some damage to the foundation including some cracks. From the inside it seemed like the damage was a bit more severe – the mechanical inspection also agreed with this assessment.

Description of Work: They repaired the foundation at my house.

Description of Work: Our real estate agent suggested that we have our foundation checked. We contacted 2 service providers for estimates. Jason Spector of Align Foundation Repair came and took measurements of our foundation and determined that we needed about 10 piers where the foundation was above the threshold and recommended installing 6 additional piers for borderline locations. After deciding to go with them, they sent an independent engineer to take additional measurements. He recommended 1 additional pier to minimize stress in one area. We chose to have all of the recommended piers installed. The repair work was scheduled for 2-3 weeks later. The scheduled work was confirmed the day before the work was to be done and a small crew arrived to begin digging the holes for the piers. The next day a bigger crew arrived. The digging continued while part of the crew started work on driving the piers down to the bedrock. An equipment failure kept the team from completing the work on the 2nd day but they were back early on the 3rd day to do the lift. The lift went without any problems and the team cleanup where they had worked. They gave me the option of trying to save the shrubs that had to be removed but I chose to have them carted off so new shrubs could be planted. They also had to repair an area where the front landing concrete was removed in order to install a pier; this was done well, also. The work resulted in a pile of dirt because where the piers displaced the original dirt. They removed the dirt and left no traces. After the lift was done the engineer came back to remeasure the foundation and he confirmed that the foundation was well within specifications.

Description of Work: I got five bids for foundation repair on my daughter's house. Align's bid was the most reasonable. Signed the contract for the services and the project was scheduled for three weeks later. Project was done efficiently. One problem. Was scheduled to unlock my daughter's house. Project manager was extremely late. However, he did apologize. Work was done within 2-3 days. Workmen cleaned up the mess they made on the interior of the house. I liked dealing with the supervisor and co-owner, Josh. He did a very good job evaluating the project. Mesquite requires an engineer's report. Josh's estimate was more through than the engineer's report. I also thought Josh was extremely honest. And that is important to me. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced 2 beams incorrectly installed by Pro-Tech Foundation. Rearranged, Buried and levelled block and pad sets incorrectly installed by Pro-Tech. Added 23 2x2x12 poured concrete pads buried 12 inches deep with 8/10/and12 inch Sunnatube forms poured on top of pads.(Dallas City Code) Removed 12 Bo Darc stump supports. Removed all wood blocks incorrectly installed on previous block and pad sets..Added 40 ft of shaker beams. Replaced and supported wall plate left unsupported by Pro-Tech Foundation. Levelled house to within 1/4 inch..Was told by other company this was impossible. Removed all debris from under home. (concrete,wood,brick).
