ACE FOUNDATION

Ace Foundation installed piers in my house that were installed 2.5" too high.  As a result, I have walls that are separating from the ceiling and the floor is separating from the walls.  I've had structural engineers out to the house to evaluate the damage and they agreed that these piers are installed incorrectly and are causing structural damage to the house.  I've called Ace Foundation a number of times and talked to the receptionist, left recorded messages over a 3 week period trying to get someone to come look at the house and have gotten no calls back.

They were on time, professional, fixed the problem and referred me to a terrific brick repair co.

They integrity stands out to me. I would recommend them.

I didn't particularly like that company. I was sort of forced to use them because they previously did work on my old house. I didn't find them particularly professional. I didn't feel like they were telling me everything that they were planning on doing. I felt like I was getting a runaround for a little while. If I had a choice, I would not use them.

Did a very good job. Professional. Fast. Cleaned up.

Very honest.  I have used them before several years ago, when they put in numerous piers.  The piers needed adjusting a couple of years later, and they came out quickly and did the work at no further charge, with no hassles. 
The work done in June '13 was done equally quickly and professionally, and it ended up costing me less than had been originally quoted because they found a pier that I  didn't know was there, and they only needed to adjust it.  Some companies would have probably tried to charge for a second pier that I didn't need.

Ace is great!  My father is in  the commercial construction business and has used Ace for over 20 years. So that's who we turned to when our home had foundation problems.  They are professional, honest, reliable and they follow-up with you after the work is complete to make sure all is well.  We are very satisfied with their work and it's wonderful having all of our doors work properly once again. 

They were excellent. They prepped, did the necessary work and cleaned up after themselves.

They charged me 10% and they did an excellent job. They honored the warranty that a previous guy had made with me. They were quiet, they cleaned up everything every day.

The crew was punctual and very professional. Care was taken to prevent damage to furniture and walls. The crew made sure minimal dust was produced during excavation. The supervisor, Roberto, was very informative and explained the process of the work being performed.

ALAN IS PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH. THE JOB PERFORMED BY HIS CREW WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. THE 1ST DAY THEY SHOWED UP LATE & QUIT EARLY. THE 1ST TIME THEY REPLACED THE FRONT PORCH, THEY MADE A MESS OF IT. THEY HAD TO TEAR IT OUT AND REDO IT A 2ND TIME. THE SECOND TIME WAS MUCH BETTER. ALTHOUGH I CAN'T SAY IT WAS A GREAT JOB, IT WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. THEY THREW MUCH OF THE CONCRETE WASTE INTO THE FLOWER BEDS. TO ADJUST THE PIERS THEY REMOVED SOME LANDSCAPING. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD PRESERVE THE BUSHES BY DIGGING THEM UP AND PLACING THEM IN THE REMOVED SOIL FROM THE PIERS SO AS TO NOT EXPOSE THE ROOTS. INSTEAD SOME THEY DUG UP SOME AND THREW THEM OUT IN THE FRONT YARD, OTHERS WERE CUT OFF AT THE ROOTS. THEY DIDN'T ADJUST THE PIERS PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME AND HAD TO REDO THE JOB. THEY REPLACED THE LANDSCAPING BOTH TIMES BUT LEFT LARGE HOLES IN THE FLOWER BEDS AND NONE OF THE LANDSCAPING SURVIVED THEIR POOR TREATMENT. THEY WERE UNWILLING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE LOST BUSHES.
