A&E Glass

Pure and simple, these folks are fraudsters and scammers. Now that I have your attention allow me to explain why I will give them two stars. They are a small "company" which is really just a Husband and Wife with their daughter helping out. Nothing wrong with that. They sold me on replacing the glass through my entire house with three promises, in writing. #1 That the job would take 11 days. (Quote received and downpayment made on January 20th, it's now May 6th and still not done) #2. Cash discount (they made good on that) and #3. That there would be a 10 year warranty. They have yet to respond about finishing the job as they installed the wrong glass on the front door. The glass on the front door is also the wrong size and lets wind through. They are choosing to ignore my text messages about the warranty and finishing the job. Sammy claims to be blind now, which if true, sure, but then why not give me the warranty information for the glass?

I have much respect for Crystal and Sammy, they did what they said they would do!

I contacted them in May to repair a bedroom window at the front of my house that a neighbors kid broke and they came out a few days later to take measurements. After paying the deposit for the window to be repaired, I still haven’t gotten it fixed. It’s been 2 months, no window fixed, $175 deposit gone, and no communication about when someone will come complete the job. It’s 2 months later and the window is STILL NOT FIXED!! I had to file legal charges just to get my money back and instead of refunding me for their lack of professionalism they are (plan on but still has not) dropping the glass off and I STILL HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL. THE WIFE CRYSTAL IS RUDE ASF, HUNG UP ON ME SIMPLY BECAUSE THE POLICE ARE INVOLVED AND SAMMY IS A LIAR! DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE I PAID THE DEPOSIT FOR THE WINDOW TO BE FIXED. THEY WILL COME MEASURE THE WINDOW, SEND AN INVOICE, YOU WILL PAY THE DEPOSIT, AND THEY WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB!! I EVEN PULLED UP TO THE ADDRESS THEY GAVE ON GOOGLE….IT DOESNT EXIST! 🙄 I HAVE FILED CHARGES WITH GPD BUT WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT GOES HIS NAME IS SAMMY AND HIS WIFES NAME IS CRYSTAL GUTIERREZ!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We needed several windows installed. They NEVER finished the job. Installed one window incorrectly and it still won't shut. Tried contacting them several times and they will not respond. They have NOT corrected the bad install. They won't give me my 5 window screens they ripped during the install or replace my broken lock on one window installed. We shouldn't have paid until the job was completed correctly. Took our money and ran.

Appointment did not go smoothly. Original appointment had to be rescheduled and glass replacement took all day for 10 windows.

Excellent job done, and quickly too. Crystal gave me an estimate, in about 5 minutes, scheduled the repair for the next day , showed up on time and completed the job, all in less than 24 hours.. I definitely recomend calling Crystal first, @ A & E Glass... Super good people!!!
