We have the service program with these guys, and have used them for years. We bought 3 air conditioners, over the years. However, every visit from A1 is now feeling like a sales call or hustle. A couple years ago, one tech told me that our A1 ac's were only good for 5-7 years, and we probably need to consider replacing them-- we didn't and haven't seen that guy again. I'm less and less confident that I'm dealing with ac experts, and I'm definitely feeling like I'm getting hustled. I'll be cancelling the yearly service program.
