It went well. Mr. Townley came and looked at everything so he could give us a bid. He and my husband went over everything and when we received the bid, via email, we were given 5 different choices/prices and we picked what would work best for us. I was called when they were on their way and they worked hard everyday they were here. We had two units and we replace two units. They replaced one at a time so we wouldn't be without A/C. When it was all done they carted away all of the old units and ductwork and cleaned up after themselves. Ladies, before they opened the attic ladder, they placed a drop cloth down, so there was no mess! I normally dread having repairmen coming to the house, but this was a great experience. Steve and Paul are great to work with!!!!
