All I wanted was an estimate for a residential land survey.  After several emails and providing an old survey and property information, I still never got an estimate.

He was really close to us and he was in the same flood zone as we are. He was competitive in price. He was very professional and friendly. He worked with me. I even did not have to be there, he handled it for me. He was very good at explaining things to me.
