He had been scheduled for July 3, but had a postponed appointment on the 2nd. He called to advise he was available, and was told to come on. He arrived in about 30 minutes and set about his work. He dismantled the older toilet, cleaned the area and prepared the drain with a new wax ring. The new unit was in the garage which he unpacked. He checked it over for all components then set the bowl in place on the new wax ring. The tank was then installed with a new feed line, which he said he always installs on a replacement. Adjustments were made to keep the unit stable on the floor so there would be no wobble or movement. Having replaced toilets before in an older house, I knew what to expect. Stewart was prepared, had the prober tools and did a clean and complete job. He also explained as he worked and advised why he always had a new wax ring and feed line on his truck for such work. I feel he did an excellent job in a professional manner. Stewart was also willing to answer any questions and did not appear to feel bothered by my being around. I will call Stewart at any time in the future with any other plumbing problems or needs. I feel his charges for the work done was very fair and comprtitive in this market area. The toilet functions properly, and there have been no problems with it or the installation. Stewart has my recommendation.

My wife met him at a big box store. He's done 4 or 5 projects for us. He has done every one of them very thoroughly and followed up to see that everything was working okay. We are very happy with him. My wife thinks he and I talk too much.
