Hello, I'm Ray Flores. I'd like to welcome you to Ray Flores Plumbing. First, let me thank you for considering our company to meet all of your plumbing needs. I look forward to becoming your personal plumber. After having worked with several large "brand name" companies, I found I could not build a relationship with my customers because of high pricing structures, the rush to get to the next job, and the pressure to meet sales quotas. I've been a successful plumber and business owner because of the fact I listen to the customers' needs, take a look at the situation, and give the customer options, all before they've spent any money. After assessing your situation, I provide you with a free estimate detailing work I will perform, and the total cost. I warranty all of my work, the length of which is dependent on each specific job. My goal is to provide you with professional service, become your personal plumber, and care for any plumbing related needs you may have now and in the future.

It was great! He showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Ray responded twice to emergency calls for me and got there as soon as he could. He got the issues fixed in a reasonable amount of time and everything turned out great.

I called Ray on a Sunday with a leaking water heater emergency and got his voicemail. He called me back within ten minutes and told me he would come out for a free quote. He arrived in the time he quoted me, checked it out thoroughly and told me what needed to be done. He walked me through everything in a professional and courteous manner and replaced it with no inconvenience to me. His prices were very fair and competitive and the quality of work was excellent! I would gladly recommend his services to any of my friends in need of his services and would not hesitate to call him again.

I have used Ray Flores twice, and both times have been terrific! He is quick to respond and arrive to fix the problem. He does not up-sell and has quickly found my problems, He most recently corrected an issue caused by poor installation of a water heater by a competing company. He is very professional, honest and very reasonable in his pricing. Nothing more to add except if you need plumbing work, and you live in the Galveston, TX, area, Ray Flores is THE man!

Ray shows up on time, does perfect work and cleans up afterward. His prices are not outragous and in line with the economy. Ray pulled an old bathtub and replaced it with a new one. He explained everything in advance so there were no surprises. Thanks Ray....an honest plumber...imagine that!

Waited sort of on standby while I was myself waiting for a part from Whirlpool (NEVER BUY ONE OF THEIR WATER HEATERS). Came over as soon as I called and told him I got the part, day before Thanksgiving, so I'm sure he was quite busy. Finished the job fast, and for under $100, which probably barely paid for his time and overhead. I plan on using him again.
