The first attempt at installing resulted in water and a stained ceiling on the first floor. They did repair the leaky drain pan and it passed inspection with the city. However several calls that we have placed have been ignored by company in regards to the damage that they have caused. It’s been more than three months.

They were going to glue on coupling, small piece of pipe, elbow, another elbow and small piece of pipe and wanted $650. He was going to have to go get a shovel.

This review is being sent in about a unsatisfactory service call date from 2015. We were too fearful of repercussions to write one before now.  This contractor got very ugly with us then disappeared when we asked them to take care of the damage. It was a contractor that was sent by our warranty company. They came to repair a clogged toilet. The employee of the plumbing company was either just really lazy or he wanted to go home... it was very late in the day by the time he arrived and he was several hours late.
Once at our home he could not even find the clean out cover that was in full view....so we had to point it out to him. He checked and it was not clogged at the cleanout point. Next he saying we would have to pay for this if he did anything and he had to call the warranty company (he clearly did not want to work). So we called the warranty company ourselves and they said they had already approved the work and told him on the other line to do the work. Upon telling us the toilet was fixed he closed the toilet lid and bathroom door behind him and he left.  Well apparently he didn't complete the repairs correctly....we would come to find out later that night.
Immediately after he left we went to the theater to see a movie not giving the toilet repair a second thought..... trusting the plumber knew how to fix a toilet....and didn't go into the bathroom and open the toilet to check it or to flush the toilet to make sure it worked.
We assumed he fixed it....after all he is a plumber and he announced it was fixed.
Until I got home that night and walked through the back hallway discovering a flood and my hardwood floors under water! We could hear the toilet running and we opened the door and found it overflowing nonstop. We had to turn off the shut off valve to get it to stop and scoop out the excess water and mop for hours and throw bath towels onto the floor. The water had flooded the entire downstairs and seeped under walls rugs the hardwood.... all throughout the downstairs.
We immediately reported the problem and damage to my warranty company. We sent photos etc. They said they would have their contractor contact us and they did...then they said they would have their insurance company contact us and after that nothing... they never answered their phone again. We looked up the company and saw that he had BAD reviews on BBB Yelp, Google and Yellow Pages .
This company is NOT a member of the BBB or of Angie's list. The company is shown to be owned by Perry O"Bryan. They are listed online under 2 different addresses... 12340 Jones Rd Houston Texas (which is the address for Cyfair Med Center)  and under the old address you will find multiple BAD REVIEWS. You can find these bad reviews on Google, Yelp and Yellow Pages for starters. They also are listed at 21931 Kobs Rd Ste 200 Tomball, TX but if you search that address it comes up as Techman Plumbing...with another service phone number and another owner listed as Vic Friday.
This company also is named very similiar to a plumbing contractor named JD Precision that actually has good reviews.
BE SURE TO CHECK THE RATINGS OF THE CONTRACTORS BEFORE YOU LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!
Here are the links to the reviews for this company that have somehow been lost with an address change...

Precision Plumbing had to take up the kitchen floor between the island and the kitchen sink and knock a hole in the wall under the sink to find a leak in the gas line.  Will and Zane showed up on time and were very professional.  They did their best not to make a mess though there isn't much you can do to eliminate the powder flying through the house.  I would use Precision Plumbing again.

Precision Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company and I was so pleased with the work that their technician, Brad, did.  He took time to answer all my questions, fixed the leaky toilets, and cleared a slow draining sink.  I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise.  I would call Precision Plumbing again for service and I'd definitely ask for Brad.

The first day they came, they brought a faulty a product.  I had to reschedule and take another day off of work in order to get the garbage disposal replaced.  After they replaced the disposal, the dishwasher would not drain.  A technician came back and informed me that this was a problem with my dishwasher, and they don't work on dishwashers.  I called the warranty company back, and they sent out a different company who determined the problem was that the cap was left on the garbage disposal. Precision Plumbing was not accomodating or apologetic at all, not a good experience.

We came home from the rodeo Thursday night to find water coming out of our ceiling in the living room on the first floor, I had my wife call three companies to have them come out ASAP, but none of them could come out because they did not offer 24 hour service. Then on the last try we called Percision Plumbing Service and spoke with them and they said they could have someone out within the hour. I have to say this is a VERY! great company to do business with, not only did they come out within the hour they were on time and did a very nice job fixing our problem and they cleaned up after themselves.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of plumbing service.

Overall, I would use Precision plumbing again and recommend them to my friends. I was kind of skeptical at first, hearing that they didn't have such a great reputation but later learned that the company had just been taken over by a new owner, I am very happy with the results I got! They offer a lot of great perks like having their guys call you before they come over and they even offer an email address where you can track where their tech is. My water heater is working great and I feel like I got a lot for my money, very happy with this company!

TERRIBLY! Dealing with them all week trying to resolve the mess they made! We are dealing with a disaster that was caused by the inefficiency of this company!  They sent out a tech who stated there was no leak in one area of the home.  He then proceeded to investigate another spot that was next to the water heater. He DID NOT TURN OFF THE WATER AND DRAIN THE PIPES before he clamped off a pipe.  Water started pouring inside the house!  We couldn't find him anywhere in the house; he was standing outside and yelled from across the street "I didn't do it! Turn off the water!" It took numerous calls and complaints to both the warranty company and Precision Plumbing until they had the owner contact my husband. He told my husband that he was taking the word of his tech and he would NOT come out to evaluate the damage or cover anything caused by his tech.  After more arguing, he agreed to send one of his supervisors to evaluate the damage. His representative, Levi, came into the house looked upstairs, listened to us and to the tech and IMMEDIATELY told my husband that it was clearly their responsibility. That the tech should not have worked on our pipes because there was a risk of corrosion, that the water damage would not have happened if he had turned off our water and drained the pipes before starting the work as he should have!  He told us that they want to keep their customers happy and that they would cover the damage caused by their employee.  He told us we would have to wait approx 4 days before a full assessment could be done and work started to replace sheet rock, ceilings, repair walls, pull up carpet, etc.  My husband has called them repeatedly.  Today he finally got in touch with the boss' receptionist who told him they are not paying for anything or sending anyone out because they are not taking the responsibility for anything!   They will have Levi call us on Tuesday when he's back in town and the owner has not returned my husband's calls today!  I am beyond frustration and cannot believe that people do not take responsibility for their actions any longer!

Home Warranty Company (HW) assigned Precision Plumbing (PP) to check on the problem.  PP said a Service Tech (ST) would be out the following day between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.  Said ST would call 30 minutes prior to arrival.  At 4:00 PM on day of service I called PP to ask where ST was.  PP  said ST was finishing up job and would be on his way shortly.  At 5:00 PM I called .HW to see if they could speed-up  PP.  HW called me back to say PP had talked with ST and ST was about 15 minutes away.  I pointed out ST was supposed tol call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 5;15 PM ST called saying he was 15 minutes away.  ST arrived about 25 minutes later.
ST immediately went into the attic to investigate the problem but returned about 10 minutes later to tell me he needed to ignate the pilot light on the water heater but he had forgotten his lighter.  Did I have one he could borrow?  Since I did not have a lighter, ST went to the store to get one.  Although a large super market was less than five minutes away, ST took about 25 minutes to return.  10 minutes later ST knocked on the door to ask if I had any Q-tips.  Since I didn't, he then decided he could use a toothpick instead.  About 20 minutes later ST reappeared to say he had diagnosed problem but would have to get replacement part.  ST further advised us he could not complete the job until Thursday (two days later).  He had to appear in court regarding a custody dispute with his ex-wife.  ST also took 15 minutes to tell us we urgently needed to have the inside of the water heater thoroughly cleaned, which he could do for $325.00.  Finally, ST told me to call PP to set-up a return appointment.
First thing Wednesday morning I called PP to ask if someonde else could complete the work on the water heater.  PP said original ST had already picked-up the replacement part.  PP offered a return appointment of ST between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Thursday.  After many protests PP moved my appointment to between 12..00 PM and 2:00 PM on Thursday..

Thursday morning, PP called saying ST would be unavailable.  ST's daughter had fallen down the stairs and he had to go to the emergency room.  PP re-scheduled appointment to between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on Friday.
On Friday, ST called about 2:30 PM saying he had to go to Bellaire to pick-up part.  ST also said he would try to be at the house around 5:00 PM to complete the work.  At 5:30 PM I called ST to see where he was.  ST said he was trying to work his way through rush hour traffic.  I asked ST if he could install the part on Satrday morning.  ST said Saturday would be much better and would be ou around 9:00 AM to complete the work.
On Saturday, ST showed-up about 9:45 AM and completed the work.within 15 minutes.
