Once at our home he could not even find the clean out cover that was in full view....so we had to point it out to him. He checked and it was not clogged at the cleanout point. Next he saying we would have to pay for this if he did anything and he had to call the warranty company (he clearly did not want to work). So we called the warranty company ourselves and they said they had already approved the work and told him on the other line to do the work. Upon telling us the toilet was fixed he closed the toilet lid and bathroom door behind him and he left. Well apparently he didn't complete the repairs correctly....we would come to find out later that night.
Immediately after he left we went to the theater to see a movie not giving the toilet repair a second thought..... trusting the plumber knew how to fix a toilet....and didn't go into the bathroom and open the toilet to check it or to flush the toilet to make sure it worked.
We assumed he fixed it....after all he is a plumber and he announced it was fixed.
Until I got home that night and walked through the back hallway discovering a flood and my hardwood floors under water! We could hear the toilet running and we opened the door and found it overflowing nonstop. We had to turn off the shut off valve to get it to stop and scoop out the excess water and mop for hours and throw bath towels onto the floor. The water had flooded the entire downstairs and seeped under walls rugs the hardwood.... all throughout the downstairs.
We immediately reported the problem and damage to my warranty company. We sent photos etc. They said they would have their contractor contact us and they did...then they said they would have their insurance company contact us and after that nothing... they never answered their phone again. We looked up the company and saw that he had BAD reviews on BBB Yelp, Google and Yellow Pages .
This company is NOT a member of the BBB or of Angie's list. The company is shown to be owned by Perry O"Bryan. They are listed online under 2 different addresses... 12340 Jones Rd Houston Texas (which is the address for Cyfair Med Center) and under the old address you will find multiple BAD REVIEWS. You can find these bad reviews on Google, Yelp and Yellow Pages for starters. They also are listed at 21931 Kobs Rd Ste 200 Tomball, TX but if you search that address it comes up as Techman Plumbing...with another service phone number and another owner listed as Vic Friday.
This company also is named very similiar to a plumbing contractor named JD Precision that actually has good reviews.
BE SURE TO CHECK THE RATINGS OF THE CONTRACTORS BEFORE YOU LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!
Here are the links to the reviews for this company that have somehow been lost with an address change...

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of plumbing service.
ST immediately went into the attic to investigate the problem but returned about 10 minutes later to tell me he needed to ignate the pilot light on the water heater but he had forgotten his lighter. Did I have one he could borrow? Since I did not have a lighter, ST went to the store to get one. Although a large super market was less than five minutes away, ST took about 25 minutes to return. 10 minutes later ST knocked on the door to ask if I had any Q-tips. Since I didn't, he then decided he could use a toothpick instead. About 20 minutes later ST reappeared to say he had diagnosed problem but would have to get replacement part. ST further advised us he could not complete the job until Thursday (two days later). He had to appear in court regarding a custody dispute with his ex-wife. ST also took 15 minutes to tell us we urgently needed to have the inside of the water heater thoroughly cleaned, which he could do for $325.00. Finally, ST told me to call PP to set-up a return appointment.
First thing Wednesday morning I called PP to ask if someonde else could complete the work on the water heater. PP said original ST had already picked-up the replacement part. PP offered a return appointment of ST between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Thursday. After many protests PP moved my appointment to between 12..00 PM and 2:00 PM on Thursday..
Thursday morning, PP called saying ST would be unavailable. ST's daughter had fallen down the stairs and he had to go to the emergency room. PP re-scheduled appointment to between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on Friday.
On Friday, ST called about 2:30 PM saying he had to go to Bellaire to pick-up part. ST also said he would try to be at the house around 5:00 PM to complete the work. At 5:30 PM I called ST to see where he was. ST said he was trying to work his way through rush hour traffic. I asked ST if he could install the part on Satrday morning. ST said Saturday would be much better and would be ou around 9:00 AM to complete the work.
On Saturday, ST showed-up about 9:45 AM and completed the work.within 15 minutes.
