**Caution** If you value your money you will not hire this company. I contacted Frank about rebuilding my deck. He and Josh came to review the work and I had a quote a few days later. I gave Josh the first check for demolition, drawings, and permits. When they were about 75% done with demo Josh asked for another check for materials to rebuild to deck. Once I handed him the check, I have not seen them since. The demo has not been completed and no work has been done. I tried to work with Josh for four months but all I ever got was “next week”. The drawing I received from New World Builders included the deck but didn’t include a roof or stairs. I also verified with the city of Galveston that no permits were ever applied for, even though Josh had told me he had the permits. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor and I am out a lot of money.

But as you can see, NWBLLC. Has NEVER HAD A CALL AGAINST ME!..And Im surely not starting now!.. YA KNOW ITS ILLIGAL TO DEFERMIZE MY CHARACTOR!"
