Mr Morgan looked at house and furnished a complete quote next morning. Very responsive and friendly service. I will definitely use Morgan roofing in future.

I was at work when they came out and did my garage roof. It was completed in one day and the area was so clean, I had to ask my next door neighbor if they indeed had been there and completed the job. They leave no debris or nails when their work is completed. Also, no payment is due until the job is finished. I have found Mr. Morgan to be a very decent, kind, gentleman with integrity. The price quoted is the price you pay. ( If there is a possibility of rotten wood needing to be replaced than isn't visible, he gives you a quote with the maximum cost that could be incurred so there are no surprises.) I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Arrived to give estimate when expected. Offer price was significantly higher than other contractors, but I chose this contractor based on personal recommendations, online reviews, BBB reports, etc. Contractor agreed to do the work within my required time frame and agreed to add several terms that I wanted to the contract.
I took the day off work to be at the house the day that the work was to be performed. The contractor did not show up on schedule. I finally called him and was told he was and quot;delayedand quot; and he proposed to begin later that afternoon and finish the next morning. This was unacceptable to me due to incoming weather and we rescheduled for a couple of days later. I was annoyed at having to take yet another day off work, but the contractor agreed to compensate me for my lost time from work for the first day.
On the second try, he showed up as expected and began work with me outside watching as the project progressed. Because I was watching, I discovered he had substituted another brand of shingles for the brand(s) specified in the contract. The substitute is at least roughly equivalent, but it could be a problem should warranty issues arise with the shingles. He offered to re-write the contract to reflect the brand actually used. The work proceeded and was finished on schedule.
Since I needed a WPI-8 (windstorm certificate) to keep my windstorm insurance in force and have had trouble with contractors following through on the necessary paperwork in the past, the contractor willingly added a provision to the contract that NO money was required from me until I had the WPI-8 in my hands. He followed through on that... And did, in fact, reduce the price of the job to compensate me for the extra lost day from work just as he promised.
We have had several serious storms since the roof was installed and I have experienced no visible leaks. The roof has a somewhat ruffled appearance which I am not happy about, but the contractor assured me that with a couple of hot days, the roof will develop a flatter appearance. If it does not, he will be invited back to fix it.
In summary, I would use this contractor again and would not hesitate to recommend him with the usual caveats... I have long believed no contractor should ever be allowed to do work without the homeowner present. Nothing has changed in that regard.

The company had re-roofed my house several years ago and had been recommended by a friend whose roof they had replaced. I was very satisfied, so when my garage began leaking , I didn't hesitate to call them again.(The garage roof is separate from the house roof.) I received a very reasonable bid and had them schedule the work. They were able to complete it within a week of my initial contact. They were very neat and clean, no debris was left on the premises, everything was hauled away, and I was happy to pay them for a job well done. I highly recommend them and would use them again, if needed.

Overall it went well. The price was in the reasonable range. I never felt it was a low price, but reasonable. And fair.

I had 3 or 4 estimates from local roofing companies and a friend's mother had used Morgan Roofing and had been very satisfied with their work. After looking at all the estimates, they had submitted the lowest and since they came highly recommended, I selected them to do the job. I was very satisfied with the completed work, price, and their clean-up and haul away service after completing the job. All paperwork for insurance purposes was received in a timely manner. When I need any roofing work in the future, I won't hesitate to call Morgan Roofing.

I have 2 houses in Galveston that were damaged by Hurricane Ike. I called 4 days after the storm to have emergency roof repairs done. They called back the same day and we agreed upon a time for the repairs. The team arrived on time and performed the work as agreed. They actually made time to fix my neighbor's roof while on site.

They had a great price. They were the first ones to return my phone calls. He called back within thirty minutes. I told him what I wanted. I asked him when he could come in and give me an estimate. He came out in 45 minutes. He measured the roof and gave me the bid. He was very people friendly and easy to approach. I was leaving on Friday and it was a Wednesday. He had people on the roof in the next hour. They went up there and got that roof off very quickly. They had the new roof on by sundown. They cleaned up the area so nicely. They were prompt and clean and the quality was great.
