+ -1 moreMalik Landscape & Design was not upfront and honest from the beginning. He changed the price that we thought was final twice and bought items we did not approve. Two of 6 trees died and he would not replace them. instead he stated it was not his fault. I would not recommend his services. We ended up redoing all his work with our own and he cost us an unnecessary $16.239.00.
Description of Work: Shahid Malik of Malik Landscape & Design was hired to install a sprinkler system and update the outside appearance with flowers, trees, etc. His initial bid $11789.00, which we accepted. He then changed the price twice more to his advantage and bought items we did not give him permission to. The end project cost us $16239.00 and 2 of 6 trees died. He would not make good for the trees and simply said it was not his fault. The over all appearance looked worse than when he started.
