Description of Work: Scheduled appointment several days in advance; approximately an hour or two before appointment, he called & asked me if we had an appointment, told him yes; he said he couldn't make it, had a flight to catch; asked me to call him around the following Tues to reschedule; told him I'd have another tuner come out. If he had scheduled a flight, he should've called to reschedule in advance, not morning of appointment, that I'd have understood (I'd purposefully stayed in town for the weekend for this appointment).

 + -1 moreHe had phoned to set up the appointment and during conversation was clear and concise about what he would be providing. Showed up on time, took his time making sure the piano was in pristine condition when he left. He had us play the piano and hear his beautiful work.
Description of Work: Complete piano tuning and cleaning. Very knowledgeable and covered everything our piano needed.
