He had phoned to set up the appointment and during conversation was clear and concise about what he would be providing. Showed up on time, took his time making sure the piano was in pristine condition when he left. He had us play the piano and hear his beautiful work.

Kirk arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a considerable amount of information about our piano. Kirk was very professional and I am very satisfied with the quality of work provided. I will definitely use him the next time we need our piano serviced.
