Keith Downs Custom Homes did not live up to our expectations. We had a warranty on our compressor and just after a year of installation, it broke down. They sent a young kid out to fix it, but he didn't get it fixed. When I called to complain that it still wasn't working, they said they'd have to charge me another service charge to come out again. I don't think I should have to pay at all if it was under warranty. He didn't charge for the parts, just for the labor, but it all should be under warranty.

They did an excellent job. They were very accommodating about making changes and adding different ideas. The people were very nice. The job took about three weeks, but they were always prompt and did a very professional job.
