Description of Work: This Individua (Hector) works alongside two helpers (Jose and Pedro) Hector offered his services for painting my house for the set price. After he finished, was paid and left - The paint on the house began to lift. Reason being that they did not fully scrape the paint, sand the surface or clean the surface before the primer went on the house. Very Sloppy Work: Paint was spilled on my back yard patio pavers / Painted over my newly installed gutters drains. Paint stains on my expensive fiberglass window screens Overspray on areas that did not need paint such as my storm doors This man passed himself off as a quality invidual but we soon realized that he was just a con-man My wife called him to the table at one point and pointed out that primer was being administered to the house while crackly, weathered paint was still present. He stated to us what we were seeing was the primer lifting upward and that it would soon go down when the actual paint would be sprayed on. Five minutes later, he was at it with a sander. Nevertheless, it was futile, the damage was done. I called him and notified him that the paint was bubbling. I also told him I was going to send him pictures of what the job looked like and he said he wanted to see. He told me he would call me back, which he never did. I had to hire another person to come and remove the paint he sprayed on (along with the primer) (that did not adhere)
