It is convenient. They are a good provider of appliances, lumbar, food and everything. They don’t have very many employees. I wish they had more employees but once you get hold of one, they are usually very helpful. That’s the only game in town.

It was terrible and I don't want to go there again.

The customer relations department men asked me to call a service company, which I did. The service company declared the machine not repairable and they would tell the company. The company claims they never received the call and could not replace the machine.

We went to Home Depot to pick out a French door and customer service was very helpful in our decision and followed up with an estimate to install a French door. Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained the warranties and the shatter proof glass. The installation was scheduled as soon as the door was available and the installers were right on time. They did an excellent job, cleaned up very well and left the house in great shape.

The carpeting in our home was recently purchased from Home Depot. We bought new carpeting for six rooms and a hallway. Home Depot sent someone out to install it. The installation was professionally done and we have seen no problems with the carpet. The carpet is a perfect fit in every room and we would recommend Home Depot for carpet installation.

Home Depot finally took my call and came around to check out my garage door opener. The unit was under warranty, and customer service kept putting me off. After calling them several times, they sent a technician out, and he was on time. He tried to repair the unit with no success, so he replaced it with a new door opener. It took some time getting this job accomplished, but the technician did a good job and left the garage clean as it was.
