The BEST Repair job we have ever had ...

First, I didn't really know what category to look under for Dryer Repair, i.e. Small Appliance Repair or Large, I decided on large. I called the first company based on your rating system, they don't work on dryers and referred me to AJs Appliance Service & Repair (also one of the top 3 on your list). AJs said Clear Lake was too far to travel. So, I called Biggers Appliance and I got the owner, George Bigers - what a delight, extremely pleasant. Said he could come out the next day and would call between 8:00 - 9:00 PM to schedule the next days appointment. He called when he said he would and gave a three hour window for the service call. He was willing to call me on his way to my home so I wouldn't have to take off work for the 3 hour window. He arrived 5 minutes early. Upon inspection of my dryer explained a long term fix would cost approximately the same as the cost of a new dryer and recommended I put my money toward a new dryer. He did say a temporary fix might be possible, "to cover me until I could get the new dryer". My dryer heats again and I was back at work within the hour! Besides being an extremely pleasant man, he was also extremely fair in his charge. I highly recommend Biggers Appliance for your appliance repair! He says he reapirs refrigerators, freezers, ranges, dryers, ice makers, microwaves, central air & heating, dishwashers, window AC, ceiling fans and auto air conditioning - anything except TVs and VCRS!!!!

He was the BEST Repair Man I have ever hired in 62 years ... He was on time, friendly, reasonably priced and a perfect gentleman ... He amused both of our Grand Kids and had them laughing non stop and chasing a laser dot ... AND Get This - He called us back the next day to make sure the repair was still working ... I almost want something else to break just so I can call him again !!! OK, just kidding but if something does break - He's the man I'm calling ... His Service Fee was 20 dollars less than my Co-Pay on my Home Warranty so next time something needs fixing - I am calling him ...

Mr. Biggers determined that the broiler element was not functioning on my Frigidaire electric range, ordered by phone while he was there, When part arrived he called on a Friday evening to schedule it for the following day.Or he asked if I wanted to wait until that Monday for service. He called 30 minutes prior to coming Saturday and had it replaced and working quickly. The charges, I felt , were very reasonable.
