Sieger’s Plumbing Co

My wife talked with somebody but they never called back with a time or an estimate or anything else.  It wasn't about the money it was can you come out and do some plumbing work and they said yes and they never called back.  At least they took our call and said they would call back.   They should call somebody back if you say you're going to call them back. 

Our experience with Sieger's Plumbing Co went good. They're usually a little pricey, but they do good work. Sometimes, they're not too reliable if they're busy, but once they come out, they do a good job.

They came the same day we called them (actually within the hour even though it was not an emergency). There were two young men who recognized the problem and replaced the faucet in about 10 minutes. They were very professional and courteous.

I have used Sieger’s Plumbing for years and would use them pretty much all the time if my home warranty company allowed me to. They answer their phone and are easy to work with. They will look out for the customer when a home warranty company is involved although they prefer not to work with the home warranty company directly. They have been helpful and provided good advice over the years.
