I was in search of a luxury pick up, Glenn Polk was the third dealership I went to. My sales person was Joel Gomez, Joel was very knowledgable on the trucks, very professional and courteous and above reproach for honesty. All he wanted to do was whatever it took to make me happy. I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 longhorn. Joel along with Craig and Andy in financing made the transaction effortless. After my purchase, the owner Trent Polk spoke with me at length. I was never pressured or given the typical lines from the sales staff. Joel the sat in the new truck with me until I understood all of the features offered. He literally walked me through everything and made sure I had no questions. For questions that may arise later, Joel left me all of his contact information, including his cell phone. they have been real good about replacing everything they've damaged. but it is not worth the inconvenience.

I pulled in, without an appointment and they took my truck straight into the shop and began the service on it. They completed it in less that 20 minutes. I was offered coffee to drink while I waited. They also have a nice waiting area to sit in and watch tv or read while you wait. I've used them for around 4 years and wouldn't go any other place to have my truck serviced.
