Very pleased with their work, excellent experience with them, friendly and professional

Our a/c was working but the house wasn't getting cooler than about 85 degrees. I called several companies requesting service and they all said it would be 2-3 days before they could get to us. When I called Absolute they said they were very busy but promised they would get to me today. Two servicemen arrived about 4:00, quickly determined the problem and set about fixing. They were very polite, answered my questions, and stayed around long enough to see that the house was cooling off. They didn't suggest that the unit be replaced but when I brought it up they agreed that it was old and that I should start thinking about having a new unit installed. Gave me some pricing, and said they would be happy to do it whenever I was ready. No pressure to buy additional services.

I am very pleased and will definitely use Absolute Heat & Air in the future.

They called me promptly yesterday morning and tentatively scheduled something after 2:00 on Monday. After several bouts of rain and thunder, I called them and suggested we reschedule for Tuesday. They were very proactive and called me multiple times to keep me informed of their progress, when they would be here, etc. I thought they were coming Tuesday afternoon but they called and offered to come out Tuesday morning and that was fine. The Owner, Derek came out and checked out my AC system. He had state of the art equipment and also had a freon leak detector which is the first time I've seen one of those. He did a through analysis to try and make sure any leaks were identified and resolved. He found one and ended up adding 3 lbs of freon. My guess is the total bill was close to $150-$200 although I only paid a $60 co-pay. Derek seemed very knowledgeable and wants to provide great customer service with the idea of building long term relationships. While I don't get to choose who my home warranty company sends out, I will ask for him in the future because it was a very positive experience with both him and his office staff.
