We lost money on packing and storing and also lost marketing time when Remax kept a hold on the property and we couldn't relist with another agent.

As part of a job change, I was being relocated to the Houston area and needed to find a new house realtively quickly. I had done some research online, and was interested in houses in the Fulshear area. We were fortunate to have Julie as our realtor; her knowledge of the market in the area was invaluable. Julie also possess intuition which helped guide us in the decision process in finding a home that we now love. Her capacity to manage details and her patience with a difficult situation with our mortgage lender assured a successful closing (earlier than planned!). I will heartily recommend Julie for anyone considering a home sale or purchase in the Fulshear area.
