The house turned out perfectly. We had no issues that weren't taken care of by Trendmaker to out satisfaction. We were so happy with the house that now that we need a larger home, we have turned to Trendmaker once again to be our builder. We are almost through with our second Trendmaker home and are very happy. Our first Trendmaker home sold for a considerable amount more than the neighborhood comps.

Bill McConnell at Trendmaker was our sales rep. GREAT GUY. He made sure everything was done properly. He stayed on top of all issues (which were generally minor & always made right).
