Nobody showed up or answered my calls

It was excellent, they were very good, very friendly, always tell me if there was a problem, the people for the application was very careful, they cleaned up after themselves if there was anything to clean up. They were very professional in all respect and I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Did no make a deal

They came and applied the fertilizer and treat the brown spots as agreed. I'll wait some weeks to see the results as they won't appear immediately.

Much more attentive and personalized service than the national brand we had previously used. Naturalawn is a welcome lawn service company.

I have pulled my hair out for years trying to maintain my lawn. Between bald patches, weeds and disease I was ready to use artificial grass. I have used the big companies in the past but very disappointed in the attitude of the workers and then I found NaturaLawn. They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. My lawns are now like thick, green carpets. In comparison to my neighbors. They look lush and amazing. I am on a monthly plans with this company and would recommend them to anyone who desires a 1st class lawn.

Bruce started the work with a talk and walk through of the lawn. He explained the basic elements of caring for the lawn and put his plan to work. Within several treatments, the lawn's weed count decreased dramatically and the rich green came on strong. I have worked with Bruce for several years and his treatment has led to dramatic improvements in my lawn.

Lawn has seen a big difference in the last year.

I can't say enough about them. I called them based on their approach because they are an organic based company, so I didn't want a heavily chemical lawn that the plants had become dependent on. I recommend them to everybody. I said I need the grass green. They came out and tested the soil and said they will apply a dose of nitrogen to boost it, and my lawn has been great ever since then. The street I live on has 17 houses, and I bet 4 have used them because they asked how my lawn was so green, and I told them I use Naturalawn of America. Every time I recommended them, and they chose to use them, I got a free treatment. They have a referral program, but I would not refer them if I didn't think they worked. I think they did a good job, and they were very much affordable compared to the other two major companies that I had considered. They use a granule so that after they do the treatment, you do not have a sign on your front lawn saying do not step on for 24 hours. When I see something like that, I wonder what is it that they are puting on my grass that I cannot walk on it barefooted. I have a doctor in environment and background in science and I don't want all of that stuff running into my water system. They are an organically based company. They base the cost on square footage. It is a pay as you go, you don't have to do a years worth if you want lawn service. If you are there, the guy will chat with you with what is going on, and he will tell you what to do, and they have a brochure telling you what to do with what is going on. When I have a new home I will call them to do the lawn. 

Bruce came out for an assessment and measured the yard.  This was followed up with an application a week later.
