GC was not around enough to supervise his sub contractors so the quality of work was unacceptable. Master shower built was not water proofed, the shower pan was filled in with sand and quickcrete and none of the plumbing was sealed. The tile was installed by the thinset being put on each tile piece rather then the entire wall. Entire shower had to be torn out and redone. The painters were sloppy and did not use any painters tape for guides so all lines were crooked. Sheetrock installed was not taped and floated properly and all doors were set uneven leaving them all to not stay open.
