FULSHEAR ANIMAL HOSPITAL

We have four Maltese that are all in the 12 yrs. range in age. We are very protective of them, to the point that we won't even travel together because we will not board them or have a pet sitter. We have lived in the area for about five years, and were fortunate enough to find Dr. Marne Baird a little more than four years ago. We have used many vets in our lifetime, but can honestly say that we have never found one as thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to her furry little patients as Dr. Baird is. Her entire staff is as pleasant and caring as any I have ever seen. We and the kids (Maltese) are particularly partial to Kate. I have seen Dr. Baird miss lunch and stay late so she could tend to an emergency or a concerned parent. Our Maltese are very comfortable with Dr. Baird and we completely trust her as she has proven herself many times!

Everyone is cheerful and helpful. The facility is very clean.

Dr. Baird has taken great care of all three of our dogs.  She is the most compassionate and professional vet I have ever been around.  We refuse to take our dogs anywhere else.  She is the very best that we have found.  They are always very pleasant and easy to work with.

Dr. Baird is one of the best vets I've ever had the pleasure of having treat my dog. She and her staff are always willing to help and will go out of their way to ensure you understand just how to give your pet the best treatment. Sadly, we had a dog with congestive heart failure and had to euthanize her a while back. During her last months, Dr. Baird's treatment improved our dog's quality of life and she prepared us for the time when we would have to make that painful decision.

Now that we have a new dog, I feel that her care is already resulting in our dog's having a much better life.

Her fees are very reasonable and it is worth the few miles we drive to have her treat our Beagle.

They were very good. I got an appointment really fast, they saw the cat and everything went good. We're going to use them again. They took care of my cat really good.

She's very good, very knowledgeable and the wait time is not very long. The staff is very friendly. I like that they have a portal online so if you like to request to refill the medicine, one of my dogs have seizure and he's on couple of different kinds of medicine, you don't need to call up or anything. You can just go online and request for medicine and they'll have it ready for you. You just have to go and pick it up. They also post all kinds of stuff like lab work and other stuffs on your animals so you can go and see when it happened or when you did it. You can go online, see your animal's account and see what not occurred. They do regular stuffs. She refers out when needed. They have this huge place in Huston and you get transferred to them for surgeries and normal veterinarian routines. I had dental on one of my dogs and they did a good job. The price is very in line with other animal dentists that I've had. They're not so high nor low. I don't know if you can do walk in there. I guess she'll make room for you if you have a real emergency but she has quite a practice and would definitely like for you to have an appointment. She's definitely busy. A lot of people definitely like her.

Their pricing was average. Their vet provided time and energy for my dog. She provided the care needed by my dog. She has concern and compassion.

The appointment was for a general check-up and vaccination updates for my 9 year old Golden Retriever. We were promptly taken back to an exam room, and Dr. Baird came in within 5 minutes. She introduced herself and the staff, confirmed the information in the records sent over from our previous vet. Before beginning the exam, she inquired why we had scheduled the appointment to ensure that she could response to all our questions.
The exam was completed in about 10 minutes, including administering the required Bordatella update which he needed. Additionally, we discussed the removal/pathology of a cyst/lump that has been growing rapidly on his back. We discussed the procedure which would be required for removal, pre/post-op requirements, and other questions I had regarding the procedure. After answering all my questions, she had her team provide an estimate of the cost of services should we decide to proceed. This estimate included all the blood work, anesthesia, removal, histopathology, paid medication, antibiotics and elisabethan collar to provent him from licking the wound. The estimate was less than half of what I anticipated it being, based on previous experience with other vets.
Overall, the office was clean and the entire staff was professional and courtious. I can and will recommend Dr. Baird and Fulshear Animal Hospital to my neighbors, as we are all new to the area.

We consider our experience with Dr. Baird to have been quite positive. I believe that our dog will do well on the treatment plan she recommended.

The vet was easy to work with. My animals are fond of her as well. They are not reasonable. Everything went well with the last visit.
