I had a wonderful experience with Ample Services. I called around on a late Saturday evening, sure that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out- but I was desperate- it is HOT in Houston, that's no surprise. None of the companies I called were picking up their phones, or I would get their answering service. I called Ample and got an answer- the office was open! They had someone at my house within the hour. The tech was friendly and I felt safe letting him in my house (it was dark out). It was my fan motor, his truck was well stocked, because he had the part on his truck, he changed it & got my unit up and running with cold air. I was thrilled, and even more thrilled that there was no after hour charge or anything like that. I had told some people at work about it and they were amazed at how low the bill was too, they had paid much more for the same repair at one point or another. I will definitely be using Ample Services for all my A/C and Heating needs in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of a good A/C company!
