Have used this company twice. Very responsive and professional. Reasonable pricing.

Ryan was prompt, and professional. Did a good job. I think a little pricey considering it didnt take very long to complete the job. He gave me a bid for a couple more that i needed done.

Amazing job, Tree was leaning over my fence, my power line, my neighbors cable and my neighbors storage shed. They did the job and we were amazed. Had the neighborhood out watching. They came when they promised, they did it it in much less time then we believed they could do it. Very satisfied with this company! No damage to anything and they did it less than anyone else had bid on it.

It went very well. He was very professional and I really appreciate the good work.

Ryan got up in the trees and it was unbelievable how he brought them down, limb by limb.  I am talking up to 50 feet high.  He had guys on the ground who helped control each limb and immediately got it cut up and moved to the front street where they had a chipper.  They cleaned as they went and did not impede any traffic on my street.

I highly recommend them for tree/stump removal.  These trees were huge and two were extremely close to the house.  The other three were right by the overhead utility lines.  The work took over three long days, starting on a Saturday.  They worked until dark each day to get everything chipped and the huge pieces out front by the curb. 

The next to the last limb hit the roof and did some damage to it and to the siding.  Ryan kept apologizing and I kept saying that it was amazing that there was not worse damage considering the small area and the size of the trees.  The roof was fixed the very next day and as soon as they got new siding it was used to replace the damaged siding. 

Accidents will happen and how they are handled tells a lot about a company.  I could not be more pleased with the reaction from Ryan as he took full responsibility and ensured the fixes were made as soon as possible.  Can't beat that.

I will be using this company again.  If you need tree/stump removal look no further.

The work itself was fine. He did a good job.
He was a "no show" 3-4 times. Multiple attempts to communicate with him failed.
He said he was having trouble connecting to his Angie's account and reading his messages.
After he finally arrived...about 6 weeks after our original appointment was missed, he was apologetic and said he had been very busy, in addition to the communications issues with his Angie's account.
If you use him, make sure his issues have been resolved, and assure him that you too are busy.

The guy did great. The job he did was really good. It took a while. There were some additional charges. My trees were bigger than he expected. It was good. The job was done great. He did an excellent job. All the tree stumps were gone.

Stumped provided a great value and wish I had contacted them earlier.  The only issue is coordination of arrival time was not aligned.  Other than that, a great experience.

Had to reschedule several times due to busy-ness and weather delays but he was great about notifying me of changes.  He was prompt and did a great job the day he came.  Explained the process and answered any questions we had.

Service was professional.  They worked with me to get an appointment time that worked for both of our schedules.  Service was punctual, and completed properly.

Ryan had a little helper and they both worked quickly and did a great job!   They were professional and answered all my questions and he is a FAMILY OWNED business!  His work is meticulous.  He also trims trees!!   I'll be having him do that too!
