It has been unbearably hot in my house since the AC unit went out a month ago. We collected bids from 3 companies and Billy was the only one that asked me what my budget was and worked to fit those constraints perfectly. Another company quoted me on the exact system that Precision installed and were $1k over what I was quoted with him. The options were explained to me clearly and precisely and I know we've purchased something that will last us quite some time. 
Everything leading up to selecting them as our vendor has been great. They have answered so many questions for us and were patient when it came to us getting all of our information in line and research performed. I felt very empowered and I also felt like the consultation was thorough. They went in to the attic to inspect duct work and 2 of the other companies that came out did not do the same. He noticed a few other things that potentially need replacing but did not pressure me to have those done with the install and was honest enough to say that those things could wait and were more "nice to haves" than absolute musts. 
The day of the job the technicians showed up in a timely fashion and promptly began work. They kept the mess and noise to a minimum and were extremely friendly and polite. They worked very hard to get the job completed within 6 hours or so and there wasn't a trace of trash anywhere on my property from the installation. Billy (the owner) showed up mid-install to check on the work and deliver a few more parts. They brought the system up to code and even installed a new power shutoff on my outside unit as it didn't have one previously. I noticed on my invoice that I was still charged exactly what we had discussed.
I am very happy to recommend Precision. I feel that above all, their prices were fair and ultra competitive and that the work performed was still of an extremely high quality. 

Billy is very responsive and will come out with short notice. He told us exactly what he was doing each step of the way and we knew what to expect. We have two units and on the last maintenance visit he gave us a discount for servicing the second unit.

AC went out on Thursday evening. This is more than an inconvenience for us, since a family member has MS, which is adversely affected by heat. We MUST keep the house cool at all times. I called the top-rated company from Angie's List and spoke to their dispatcher at 7:30, explaining the urgency, after no response, called again at 9:30, and, after a rough night, at 7:30 a.m. At 8:30, I gave up and began calling other companies. Needless to say, everyone was very busy because of the extreme heat and the holiday weekend. However, when I called Precision, they promised to have someone out before noon. In less than 2 hours from my phone call, Billy arrived. He was very courteous and professional. He quickly found the burnt-out capacitor, but carefully checked the unit to be sure there were no other problems. With the capacitor replaced, the unit is now functioning normally. Incidentally, the original company I called finally called back while Billy was here, but, believe me, I will use no one but Precision from now on!

These guys responded quickly to my phone call and showed up when promised. They fixed the leak and thoroughly tested the unit before leaving. They were very nice and very professional.

Billy came out the same day I called and even gave us a courtesy call when he was on his way. He was very polite and courteous. He even put on shoe covers on to prevent tracking anything in our home. The problem was diagnosed in a timely fashion and he told me how much it would cost to fix the problem before any work was performed. The problem was fixed and the furnace is working better than ever. A+.
