I hired Mr. Bearden to replace the damaged roof on my late mother's house. Mr. Bearden charged me for a complete roof but only did the upper portion. This was done last year in April 2015. I am in the process of selling my late mother's house when I found out that he had conned me. After talking with the insurance adjuster and researching all of my documentation regarding the work done, I realized what he had done and have the evidence to prove it. The total roof is 27.48 squares, Mr. Bearden charged me $5,696.00 to install 25 squares and a window in the shed ($166.00) last year. Mr. Bearden is not responding to any of my texts after I proved to Mr. Bearden that he cheated me by stealing the cost of the lower roof repair. I will now have to give the new buyers $1,500.00 to replace the lower roof. He has not tried to make it right, He has not reimbursed the money he stole from me. He has just avoided my texts. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANY OF YOUR REPAIRS.

Back in September I got an estimate from Mike on repair to the flat roof on a house I was considering purchasing.  It had popped up in two places, creating large bubbles.  He quoted $3181 to repair the roof and apply an elastomeric coating to the roof of the house, plus two additional flat roofed buildings on the property.  I researched the coating and decided that it was worthwhile.  I wasn't able to close on the property until February.  By then, the roof had deteriorated further.  The new estimate was $3512.00.  I went ahead with it.  He thought it would take two days but it ended up taking four (some drizzly/rainy weather was involved.)  In addition to the roof repair, they removed a large satellite dish and an antenna per my request. The workers were very friendly tried hard to make sure I was happy with the job.  The roof looks great and I'm pleased.
